Reliable Google Drive to S3 Migration on Bad Internet

Losing my connection every half hour has turned moving big folders into a nightmare. I tried downloading a chunk of my Google Drive archives for a client project, but the transfers kept breaking midway, and I ended up with a pile of half-finished files. It’s starting to feel like I’ll never get them into S3 at this rate. Has anyone managed to find a tool that can handle flaky internet without forcing you to babysit the whole process?

I ran into the same mess during a trip when my hotel Wi-Fi would drop out randomly. What saved me was using a service that processes everything in the cloud instead of relying on my own connection. I found it while reading on https://mac.eltima.com/google-drive-to-s3/ transfer files from google drive to s3. The nice part was that the tool kept the job running on their side, so the constant disconnects didn’t kill the transfer. It wasn’t perfect, but it definitely kept my sanity intact.
